Using the search field, you can search for different content and filter the displayed list items based on them. This way you can easily find the information that is important to you.
Availability
The following search options are available:
Search for taxa in the header
On every page, there is a search field in the header. By typing the scientific or Hungarian name of the searched taxon, or a part of it, you can select the appropriate taxon from a dropdown list. By selecting the desired taxon, you will go to its own page.

On the Hungarian arthropods category overview pages, we can also search by Hungarian or scientific name.
In this case, the displayed list contains elements that match the search.

Taxon search when providing suggested identification
We can also search for taxa when providing suggested identification. First, we need to specify the main category. Then, by typing a part of the taxon's Hungarian or scientific name into the search field, we can select the appropriate element from a dropdown list.
Here we can also see a switch that allows us to search not only among taxa marked as occurring in Hungary.
For identifiers, a similar method is available for searching for the taxon to be identified.
