New leafhopper species in the Hungarian species list and name changes

We expanded the Hungarian species list with new species: Delphacodes mulsanti, Arboridia simillima and Philaia jassargiforma, and we made the following changes to scientific names:

The genus Empoasca became the genus Hebata

Fruticidia bisignata became Frutioidia bisignata.

Anaceratagallia laevis became Anaceratagallia glabra.
