Extended the scope of shared observations

We extended the scope of observations shared for export and with GBIF. We expanded it with observations marked with cf. and species groups.

Previously, observations marked with cf. and species groups were not included in the exportable files and were not shared with GBIF either.

We have now changed this.

The CSV file containing observations in the dataset received a new column. Its name is 'identification qualification'. Its value is 'cf.' if it applies, otherwise empty.

For species groups, the existing 'taxonRank (taxonomic rank)' value is 'species complex'.

The datasets still comply with the Darwin Core standard.
