Extended the scope of shared observations

We extended the scope of observations shared for export and with GBIF. We expanded it with observations identified to family and genus level.
Previously, only observations identified to species or species group level were included in the exportable files and were shared with GBIF.
Researchers indicated that it would be useful for their research if they could also view observations identified only to genus level on the map. The expansion of exported data makes it possible for observations to be displayed and searched in this way on the GBIF website among the data of the izeltlabuak.hu dataset.
The datasets still comply with the Darwin Core standard.
